• Late Cancellation/No Show: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no show) will be charged the full session fee.
• Emergency Situations: I understand emergencies happen. If you have a sudden, unavoidable circumstance, please notify me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
• Payment: Cancellation fees are due at the time of your next scheduled appointment.
