Over time, simple joy of connection, presence and feeling alive start to dim.
And you forgot about all that beautiful reasons that initially got you started.
Until you feel that, now is the right time to choose your wellbeing.
Some analytical minds (like myself)
tried to quit the chronic fatigue by searching for the insight. But tension is not resolved by more pressure. And understanding alone does not teach your mind and body how to relax.

It can feel like this is just how you are.
But it is often what your system has learned. The nervous system adapts through repetition. And what is learned can be updated.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
You switch off more easily after work.
You feel less tension in social settings.
You rely less on quick coping. Replacing unhealthy coping behaviors become easier (smoking, alcohol, overeating, scrolling etc.)
You are more proactive, productive, creative, flexible in problem-solving. You have more energy for what you actually enjoy. Your over feeling is more lighter.Less tension - more energy - more enjoyment of life and relationships.
This is coaching based on evidence-based psychological methods, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based techniques.
It is not medical or psychiatric treatment and does not replace it. This work fits if you function in daily life, can take small steps, ready for practical changes. It is not designed for situations where functioning is significantly impaired or clinical treatment is required.
